RETURNS

Accepted until July 31, 2026, items must be unused and in original, unopened undamaged and resalable condition. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

RETURNS PROCESS

Please email hellousa@lanolips.com with your order number to advise us for a return authorization.

Once confirmed, please send back to Lanolips c/o System Beauty, 11301 N Fwy - Suite 151, Fort Worth, TX 76177, USA. You'll need to include the Return Authority number we provide you in the address otherwise we won't be able to refund you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
